We were commissioned to develop the marketing concept for the new real estate project “Schlosswiese Judenau” by NID. As part of this project, we carried out a comprehensive target group analysis in order to understand the needs and wishes of potential customers and to develop a successful marketing strategy.
After working out the unique selling points and strengths of the project, we created the marketing mix, as well as media and budget plans. Particular attention was paid to placing the brand of the “Schlosswiese” real estate project in the foreground in order to create a unique positioning on the market.
