Wien Energie is eager to enthuse more women for technical professions. In order to reach this goal, they hold annual daughter days and participate in the women’s promotion program FIT (Women in Technology). We had the task to create a matching recruiting film for said program.
The famous waste utilization plant in Spittelau functioned as the film location, where we not only got to show the impressive working space but also follow employees at work with the camera. In order to win prospective applicants for Wien Energie, we conducted interviews with apprentices, the shift supervisor, Human Resources Manager, and the General Manager.
The interviews had one clear message in common: Wien Energie wants to see more women in technology, as they bring new ideas, innovations and creativity into the business.
