The ‘NOE Immobilien Development GmbH’ (NID) is a leading developer and provider of real estate projects in Vienna and Lower Austria and has been one of our valued clients for many years. We have had the pleasure of realizing numerous exciting projects for NID.
One of these special projects is SUNSET PATTERNS, an artistic exploration of the diverse forms of historical solar panels. The artist Judith Fegerl has impressively translated her visions on themes such as the environment, energy, space, and their connections to the human body. Her works adorn the facade of the parking garage “Quartier Mitte,” which was built by NID in 2024 in St. Pölten.
