The innovative young farmer, Andreas Gugumuck, revived the culinary pleasure of the Viennese escargot. By now his escargots are being served in over 80 restaurants, the famous Steirereck being one of them.
The target had been to introduce the viewer to the escargot as valuable aliment, as well as to highlight the philosophy and craftsmanship of the internationally renowned Gugumuck farm which relies on sustainability.
